2.1 Product Information

• We strive to display product images, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• All products are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized dealers.
• Product availability is subject to stock. If an item is out of stock after order placement, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product.

3. Order Placement

3.1 How to Order

1. Browse products and add items to cart
2. Proceed to checkout and fill shipping details accurately
3. Select payment method: Cash on Delivery or Advance Payment
4. Review order summary and confirm
5. Receive order confirmation via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours

3.2 Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.3 Order Cancellation

• By Customer: You can cancel within 2 hours of order placement by contacting us on WhatsApp
• By Us: We may cancel orders if payment fails, address is unverified, or product is unavailable
• Cancelled orders with advance payment will be refunded within 7-10 business days

4.2 Payment Verification

For advance payments, orders are processed only after payment verification. Please send clear screenshot of transaction with transaction ID. Fake screenshots will result in order cancellation and account ban.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.2 Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays
• We use TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier for shipping
• Please provide accurate address and active phone number. Failed delivery due to wrong info will incur re-delivery charges
• Inspect package before accepting. For damaged items, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

6.1 Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

• Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
• Original invoice/receipt must be provided
• Product must not be damaged by customer
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days via WhatsApp

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Custom or personalized products
• Products purchased on sale/clearance (unless defective)

6.3 Refund Process

7. Warranty Policy

All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified on product page. Warranty claims must be made through us with:

• Original invoice
• Warranty card (if provided)
• Clear photos/videos of the defect

Warranty does not cover: Physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

8. User Accounts

8.1 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account password
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated

8.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our services.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the website for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Resell products purchased from us without permission
• Use automated systems to access the website (bots, scrapers)

10. Limitation of Liability

Haider Commercial Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our products or services
• Delays or failures in delivery by courier partners
• Errors in product descriptions or pricing
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Depalpur, Punjab.
